We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're a family outfit, so if something isn't right, that's on us, and we make it right before the day is over.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I pick up the phone before you have to.
